The Spout Pouch for Juice - Liquid Beverage Packaging combines a food-grade PET/PE multilayer film body with a fitted spout and cap, replacing rigid bottles with a lighter, cheaper-to-ship format.
For beverage, the food-grade PET/PE multilayer film body is selected to resist both puncture and flavour scalping so the product tastes right at pour.
Every spout pouch is made to order. You choose size and shape, print method (gravure or digital, up to 10 colours), surface finish (gloss, matte or soft-touch), closure (leak-proof spout) and options such as a transparent window, one-way valve or spout. Our engineering team supplies free dielines and proofs so the artwork fits the spout pouch perfectly before production.
We offer centre and corner spouts with standard, flip-top or child-resistant caps; we match them to your capping machine.
We can specify heat-resistant structures and seals for hot-fill or retort beverage; tell us the process temperature.
